Hi Max,
On closer inspection, the allen bolts I noticed are NOT drain plugs. So I guess I'll have to have the forks removed. They don't appear to be leaking, but I'm afraid that the dealer, in prepping the bike, either did not use the correct amount of oil or a fork oil that is too light for proper damping, because the front end is really soft.
